. Mary Roach's Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers
was a delight: funny and sweet and willing to talk about death in ways that were both respectful and frank. (One of the last chapters deals with plasticized bodies, and by odd dint of coincidence, or perhaps by unavoidable converge of sensibilities, I stumbled upon this link.
