the best cartoon of all time
OK, so I don't know if it is the best cartoon of all time. It's certainly my favorite cartoon. James Thurber drew this hippo and also wrote a lot of very funny stories with a few sad ones thrown in -- like most good humorists, there was something bleak in even his funniest stuff and viceversa.
